Hello everyone just yesterday I was in a bad situation and 7 tow companies declined helping me in GROVELAND by state rd 33 with my wife who's has asthma stuck from 4 am to 8 am till I call this Gentleman who didn't hesitate after explaining myself I swear less than 30 min he was there with a smile I do have to say PAY first and understand why but anyhow he got me out of this bad dirt road to mind you called their local police and emergency because of my wife and no response very embarrassing for the city of groveland but if you need a company to respond a.s.a.p I highly recommend tow flow very respectful and professional.

"STUCK!!!"
Wow these guys are the real deal!!! My fuel pump went out on July 3rd. I gave them a call and he was here within 20 minutes. I was a little desperate because of the holiday and was STUCK!!!
He checked and rechecked to make sure that was the problem. Checked fuses,relays and hooked up the diagnostic computer among other things. He had me back going within a couple hours. You can tell when someone genuinely cares and they do.
By far the best mechanic experience.

Bless this man and his company. Helped me at 2am when I was stuck in a ditch. Came quick no hassle no bs so helpful and 1000 percent top star ⭐️ customer service. Offered food or drink on his way to save the day. Had a nice conversation with him after the fact instead of just numbers game. Thank you so much Matt you saved me and was a pleasure getting to know you. Will always come back if I get my Kia stuck in a ditch again
